About these terms

pAIneal Outlet is an individual publisher operating under the pAIneal Outlet name. These terms describe use of our website and direct purchases of digital audiobooks, companion guides, and other digital publications when offered. Product-specific information shown before purchase also forms part of the offer. Purchases through Amazon or another retailer are governed by that retailer’s purchase terms.

Products, prices, and availability

Product pages describe the edition, format, price, and availability of each offer. Prices and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Changes to future offers do not change the price of an order already accepted.

Coding After 50: Programming Fundamentals, Using AI — Audiobook by pAIneal Sense has a planned direct-sale price of $12.99 USD and a scheduled release date of November 8, 2026. Direct purchasing and delivery are not currently enabled, and the audiobook will not be sold or delivered through this website before that date. Availability will be announced on the product page. A launch-list signup is not a purchase, reservation, or entitlement to a paid product.

Purchases and payment

When direct purchasing is enabled, payments will be processed through Stripe Checkout. Review the product, total price, and contact details before submitting payment. Provide accurate information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Payment must be confirmed through the payment provider before access is granted; returning to a success page alone does not establish payment or access.

These terms do not authorize a recurring subscription unless one is expressly offered and accepted. The scheduled audiobook offer is a one-time purchase. Marketing signup is optional and separate from payment.

Digital delivery and access

Digital products are delivered using the method stated in the product offer, which may include email access instructions or a digital-delivery service such as StoryOrigin where applicable. These terms do not promise a particular delivery service, file format, download limit, or permanent hosting unless the product offer expressly states it.

Provide an email address you can access and check spam or junk folders for delivery messages. If a paid product is inaccessible or delivery fails, contact support so we can investigate and restore access or apply the Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights. Access instructions for paid products are intended for the authorized recipient.

Personal-use license and copyright

Purchasing an audiobook or digital publication grants a personal-use license to access and use the purchased edition as described in the offer. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying copyright. Copyright and other intellectual-property rights remain with the author, publisher, or other relevant rights holders.

You may use supported devices and make copies needed for your own lawful personal use. Do not upload, resell, distribute, publicly share, or otherwise provide unauthorized copies, access credentials, or download links to others. Any rights or uses permitted by applicable law remain available to you. Multiple-recipient gift purchases are not currently offered; a single purchase does not grant licenses for multiple recipients.

Refunds and consumer remedies

Our Refund Policy applies to direct digital purchases. Purchases are generally final after delivery, subject to that policy and applicable law. You may submit a request within 14 days of delivery for defective, inaccessible, or substantially misdescribed files that cannot be remedied. Requests are reviewed rather than automatically approved.

We will work with you to resolve a qualifying problem, and provide a refund if it cannot be resolved, as described in the Refund Policy. Statutory consumer rights, including applicable cancellation rights, remedies, and legal time limits, are unaffected. No provision here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Compatibility and customer responsibilities

Review the stated file formats, device or software requirements, and any access limitations before purchasing. Use compatible software and a reliable connection, and keep your email and access information accurate and private. Ask support if compatibility is unclear. These responsibilities do not remove remedies if a product is defective, inaccessible, or fails to match its description.

Website content and external services

Website content and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Links to external services provide access to their separate offers and policies. We cannot change those providers’ terms, but you may contact us about a problem with a pAIneal Outlet offer. Changes to website content or future terms do not retrospectively remove an accepted order’s rights.

Applicable law and your rights

These terms are subject to applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase or where you live. If a provision conflicts with a right that cannot be excluded, that right prevails. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or prevent you from seeking available legal remedies. Questions or disputes can first be raised with customer support without limiting your legal rights.
